During this tough retail climate, one of the most important things a sales/brand agent should do is to step up the customer service game and figure out a way to strengthen vendor/retail relationship. That often includes in store visits, field research, face to face time with key buyers. So it's time to head up north to San Francisco. It also doesn't hurt that weather has been GREAT!
